Leumas Accounting is a fully accredited local Tasmanian company providing financial services to small to medium businesses, non-profit organisations and similar groups. Debra Jeffrey and Michael Coppleman founded Leumas Accounting Pty Ltd in 2006. With twenty years’ experience as small-to-medium business owners, they identified a gap in the market for support for businesses associated with ever increasing compliance, governance and paperwork. To formalise the knowledge they had gained, Debra set to work to obtain an Advanced Diploma of Accounting, Bookkeeping Certificate, Registration as a BAS Agent and Certification as an MYOB Consultant.

They have an innate understanding of the unique challenges and rewards of business ownership. This motivates them every day and drives their genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in the hectic lives of their clients. They have a central philosophy of hard work, leadership, commitment and a solution based approach to problem solving, which sets Leumas Accounting apart from traditional fee-for-service bookkeepers.
